Job summary

PrimeCredit Limited is hiring for a debt collection officer in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. You will contact borrowers, manage delinquent accounts, and negotiate repayment schedules while ensuring compliance with internal codes and external regulations.

The role requires at least 3 years of debt collection experience in banks or financial companies, strong English and Cantonese, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel. Senior Officer or Assistant levels are considered based on experience.

Qualifications

• Form 5 / DSE graduates or above.
• At least 3 years of debt collection experience in banks or financial companies.
• Customer services / telemarketing experience is advantageous.
• Senior Officer would be considered for more experienced candidates; fresh graduates may be Assistant.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform collection duties on delinquent accounts.
• Contact customers and handle billing or overdue repayments appropriately.
• Negotiate repayment schedules with borrowers.
• Handle inquiries related to collection matters.
• Follow internal codes of conduct and comply with external regulations.
