Qualifications

• 2 years’ working experience in accounting, banking, credit loan, legal or relevant fields.
• Basic legal knowledge (civil) and relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in written English and PC applications including Excel and mass data processing.

Responsabilités

• Carry out debt recovery actions and collect turnover figures from tenants.
• Collaborate with solicitors and prepare required documents for legal action.
• Post and allocate daily payments.
• Prepare analysis reports.
• Handle internal or external tenants’ enquiries.
