Job summary

Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch is seeking a focused customer service/collections professional.

You will make outbound calls to early-stage overdue credit cardholders, deliver polite payment reminders, verify billing details and document responses. The role requires a degree in Business Administration or related discipline, at least 1 year of experience (customer service or collections), and strong English and Chinese (Mandarin) communication.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5.
• Minimum of 1 year working experience, preferably in Customer Service or Collection area.
• Candidate with relevant working experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager position or above.
• Good analytical skills, attention to details, and able to work independently.
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to early-stage overdue credit cardholders.
• Deliver polite, professional payment reminders and verify billing details.
• Identify reasons for non-payment and offer appropriate customer service solutions.
• Assist in identifying areas for system functionality optimization and prepare User Requirement.
• Participate in system testing (UAT).
• Prepare regular MIS and reporting.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related disciplines (HKQF level 5)
