Job summary

Qualifications

Tertiary education or above.
Minimum 2 years of Retail Collection experience in financial sector, preferably banking.
Hands-on experience in the retail credit collection end-to-end workflow.
Strong credit and financial analysis capacity.
Proficient in Excel and AI tools for data analysis.
Good command of English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Execute debt collection activities to maximize debt recovery and minimize credit loss.
Follow in-house collection processes and strategies to adapt to the retail credit environment.
Prepare data for reporting on collection progress and performance.
Ensure control mechanisms under the Collection team meet standards and regulatory requirements.
Improve KPIs for Collection operations and support change initiatives.
Work cross-functionally within Collection team as backup or for rotations as needed.
