Job summary

DBS Hong Kong is seeking a dynamic Product Sales professional to drive Bancassurance growth with Manulife partnerships. You will identify opportunities, manage relationships with corporate clients, and deliver tailored insurance solutions.

The candidate should hold a Business Administration degree, have proven financial services sales experience, and excel in communication and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Mira Place Tower A; full-time, on-site.

Qualifications

• Sales or marketing experience in financial institutions with proven insurance sales.
• Qualified to carry out insurance and investment regulated activities.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in corporate banking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate growth of Bancassurance business with Manulife partnership.
• Ensure productivity and meaningful activities, including meetings for business development and servicing.
• Boost up sales momentum of assigned district / team.
• Deliver quality, need-based solutions to meet corporate wealth needs (Keyman Protection, Loan Protection, Employee Benefit).
• Boost up sales momentum via product briefing and localized BD program management.
• IBG Bancassurance cross referral.
• Retain/Upsell existing policies and monitor lapsation.
