Job summary

BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for the bancassurance channel. Coordinate with bank partners to implement marketing and sales incentive programs, oversee project progress, and conduct regular reviews to ensure business targets are met.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or above and at least four years in life insurance, focusing on business development or direct sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the life insurance industry, with at least 3 years in business development or direct sales. Bancassurance experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, independent, flexible mindset and able to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to the bancassurance channel and coordinate with bank partners to implement marketing and sales incentive programs.
• Oversee project progress and conduct regular reviews to ensure targets are met.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
