Job summary

BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to assist the department head on channel strategy support and development, including promoting business development strategies based on needs and market conditions of the insurance industry.

The role also involves monitoring tied agency compensation, conducting business data analysis and reporting, and providing support to referral business from channel and various projects as required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in the insurance industry with familiarity in financial need analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist department head on channel strategy support and development.
• Promote business development strategies based on needs and market conditions of the insurance industry.
• Support tied agency compensation monitoring, conducting business data analysis and reporting.
