Job summary

BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for the bancassurance channel. Coordinate with bank partners to implement marketing and sales incentive programs, oversee project progress, and conduct regular reviews to ensure business targets are met.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or above and at least four years in life insurance, focusing on business development or direct sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the life insurance industry, with at least 3 years in business development or direct sales. Bancassurance experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, independent, flexible mindset and able to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for providing sales support to bancassurance channel, including but not limited to communicating and coordinating with bank partners to implement marketing and sales incentive programs, overseeing project progress and conducting regular reviews to ensure business targets are met, monitoring industry trends and competitor activities, collecting feedback on products and services to provide actionable recommendations to senior management.

Job Requirements
