Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong's Central district is seeking a seasoned chef for a dynamic Michelin two-star restaurant. You will oversee high-end kitchen operations, ensure impeccable food quality, and lead a team in a fast-paced luxury dining environment.

Candidates should have extensive experience in hotels or fine dining, strong hygiene knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Korean language ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years' exp. in hotels/ luxury western restaurants/ fine dining
• 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably in hotel industry or sizeable catering
• Sound knowledge of food hygiene and safety
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Korean Speaking is Advantage but NOT essential

• 2-3 Days off per week, Medical Insurance
• 5 years' exp. in fine dining restaurants/hotels
• 8 Rest Days per month I 12 Annual Leave per year
• Korean Speaking is Advantage but NOT essential
