Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong's Tsim Sha Tsui operates a Michelin-influenced kitchen focused on pastry, bakery and desserts. This role involves hands-on production in a luxury dining environment and collaboration with a renowned chef and F&B professionals. Prior experience in high-end hotels or fine dining is essential.

The position offers a five-day work week with medical/dental benefits, complimentary duty meals, and opportunities to participate in notable events locally and overseas.

Qualifications

• 2 years' exp. in hotels/ luxury western restaurants/ fine dining restaurants.
• Hands-on pastry, bakery and dessert production experience.
• Exposure to prestigious events locally and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day food production & operations.
• Prepare high-quality pastries for hotel associates and events.
• Collaborate with chefs on menu development and R&D.
