Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong's Central region is seeking a pastry professional with 2 years of experience in luxury hotels or fine dining to join a dynamic One-star Michelin kitchen. You will contribute to pastry and dessert production, collaborating with a renowned Chef and F&B team, and participate in collaborations and events locally and overseas.

This role offers a 5-day work week, medical and dental benefits, duty meals, and annual/birthday leave.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in hotels or luxury/fine dining restaurants.
• Hands-on pastry, bakery and dessert production experience.
• Exposure in a One Michelin-starred restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality pastry and desserts for hotel associates.
• Participate in pastry research and development.
• Work with a talented chef and F&B professionals.
• Maintain hygiene and kitchen operations at a central hotel location.
