Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years of banking or related experience.
• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills.
• Good report-writing and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• ECF certification holders preferred.
• Experience in Risk Management, Credit Review, Compliance, or Internal Audit.
• Experience in Treasury or Middle Office functions.
• Knowledge of syndicated loans and covenant monitoring.
• Familiarity with HKMA regulatory requirements.
• Korean language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor credit portfolio and asset quality
• Conduct Loan Reviews and Covenant Monitoring
• Review treasury and market risk related transactions
• Support internal control activities and audit remediation follow-up
• Assist in branch planning, performance management and KPI monitoring
• Prepare management reports, Head Office reports and presentation materials
• Conduct business performance analysis and management information reporting
• Support process improvement and risk management enhancement initiatives
• Coordinate Head Office and regulatory reporting requirements
