Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Operational Risk professional to independently drive work streams and consolidate bank-wide risk information.

You will formulate and review risk policies, assess credit and lending risks in corporate and trade finance, and prepare management materials. Experience in ORM tools and incident analysis is essential for success in this role. This position requires strong English communication and cross-unit collaboration.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Independently drive the success of a work stream.
• Formulate and maintain operational risk policies.
• Review and analyse operational incidents.
• Consolidate the bank-wide risk related information.
• Assist in preparing meeting materials, taking minutes for senior management.
• Experience in corporate or commercial lending.
• Familiar with trade finance products.
• Hands-on credit assessment and analysis experience.
• Assist team leader to collaborate with various business units.
• Facilitate Business Units in conducting risk assessment via ORM tools.
• Identify the potential sources of operational risk.
• Formulate and regularly review and update the Bank's policy framework.
• Compile the operational risk-related management reports.
• Manage the progress of all IRB Application Project workstreams.
