Job summary

Our client, a global B2B payment network, is seeking a hands-on Risk Control & Operations leader to shape and run the function in Hong Kong. You will establish end-to-end processes, review standards and SLAs across customers, transactions and on-chain activity.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Product and Engineering to balance rapid growth with regulatory obligations, build a risk-based control framework, and lead a team to monitor KYT and sanctions risks in near real-time.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in risk control and compliance operations.
• Experience with cross-border payments and B2B settlement.
• Understanding of stablecoins USDT/USDC.
• Familiarity with on-chain KYT and risk tooling.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead risk control and operations function with SOPs and SLAs.
• Develop risk-based control framework for customers, transactions, and fund flows.
• Oversee complex B2B payment risk, including documentation reviews.
• Conduct on-chain monitoring and KYT reviews for sanction risk.
• Build real-time risk workflows and service levels for payments ops.
• Partner with Sales, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to balance growth and compliance.
