Steps for Kids HK is seeking an independent, highly motivated Commercial Sales Representative / Freelance Agent to drive market expansion across Hong Kong. This role offers maximum autonomy and is ideal for established B2B sales professionals looking to add a high-demand child-safety product to their existing commercial portfolio.

Key responsibilities

Identify and qualify new B2B business opportunities across Hong Kong's major shopping malls, corporate property groups, and public venues.

Map out and manage a pipeline of property management prospects from initial outreach to contract signing.

Schedule and conduct pitch meetings with Mall General Managers, Facilities Managers, and Procurement Directors.

Prepare commercial proposals, handle quotations, and close high-volume sales.

About you

Proven track record in B2B corporate sales, commercial business development, or account management in Hong Kong.

Existing network or experience dealing directly with local property management companies (PMCs), mall developers, corporate landlords, or facility procurement teams.

Exceptional pitch, presentation, and contract negotiation skills.

Fluency in Cantonese and English required to communicate effectively with local facility operations teams.

A driven self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, results-oriented framework.
