Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across various business units. You will develop strategies, attract top talent, and build strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates.

You will leverage recruitment tools to streamline processes, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights to guide business decisions in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices and technologies.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various business units.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders and candidates.

Who you are?

• A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• At least 6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, banking and/or FI experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Less experience candidate will be considered as Manager - Talent Acquisition Experience
