SFC licence for type 1 and 4 activities; CFP/CFA holders are a plus.
5–6 years of related experience in the financial sector.
Proficient in MS Office; experience leveraging AI tools to optimize productivity and analytics.
Excellent English and Chinese writing and communication; Putonghua is an advantage.
Self-starter and a good team player; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Assist senior advisors in constructing tailored, multi-asset client portfolios.
Monitor portfolio performance and track drawdown and consumption rates.
Analyze client distribution schedules and cash flow requirements; flag capital depletion risks and prepare rebalancing strategies.
Prepare portfolio review materials, investment proposals and payout sustainability reports.
Maintain accurate client databases including risk tolerances and withdrawal restrictions.

Job description

Assist senior advisors in constructing tailored, multi-asset client portfolios by applying structural asset allocation models and matching investment profiles to specific risk-return objectives

Monitor daily portfolio performance and track drawdown and consumption rates as a core KPI to ensure asset liquidation velocities align with long‑term sustainability goals

Analyze client distribution schedules and cash flow requirements, flagging potential capital depletion risks and preparing strategic rebalancing or adjusting recommendations

Prepare comprehensive portfolio review materials, investment proposals and specialized payout sustainability reports for senior advisors and client meetings

Maintain accurate internal databases, ensuring client profiles, risk tolerances, withdrawal restrictions, and consumption metrics are strictly up to date

Requirements

Degree holder with Finance, Economics or related disciplines

Holder of SFC licence for type 1 and 4 activities, CFP / CFA holder is a plus

5-6 years with related experience in financial sector

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with proven experience leveraging AI tools and workflows to optimize productivity and analytical processes

Good interpersonal skills, communication and writing skills in English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage

A self‑starter and a good team player, mature and able to work under pressure

Candidate with less experience will be considered as ‘Senior Associate’
