Qualifications

• Finance or Economics degree or related discipline.
• SFC licence for type 1 and 4 activities; CFP/CFA holders are a plus.
• 5–6 years of related experience in the financial sector.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience leveraging AI tools to optimize productivity and analytics.
• Excellent English and Chinese writing and communication; Putonghua is an advantage.
• Self-starter and a good team player; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior advisors in constructing tailored, multi-asset client portfolios.
• Monitor portfolio performance and track drawdown and consumption rates.
• Analyze client distribution schedules and cash flow requirements; flag capital depletion risks and prepare rebalancing strategies.
• Prepare portfolio review materials, investment proposals and payout sustainability reports.
• Maintain accurate client databases including risk tolerances and withdrawal restrictions.
