Job summary

Marsh in Hong Kong seeks a talented FINPRO professional to manage a portfolio of global corporate clients, renew insurance programs, and deliver solutions. You will work with cross‑functional teams to address client risk exposures and respond to inquiries, while pursuing profitability and receivables.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in insurance, law, commerce or related field, at least 5 years in insurance brokerage or financial services, and fluent English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in insurance, legal, commerce or equivalent discipline.
• 5+ years relevant working experience in insurance brokerage, legal or financial services industry.
• Ambitious, solution focus and with strong skills in client relationship management.
• Good PC Skills, including Word, Excel & Power Point.
• Language fluency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of global corporate clients, including insurance program renewal, driving new business and handling daily client inquiries.
• Understand clients’ risk exposure and use Marsh client servicing model to deliver insurance solutions.
• Work closely with other business units to help deliver a comprehensive and holistic solution to clients.
• Interact regularly with clients and provide assistance with coverage questions and program adjustments; solves problems regarding client account issues.
• Responsible for assigned account profitability, budget and receivables.
• Responsible for implementation of the Marsh professional standards and guidelines.
