Job summary

China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Manager/AVP to lead the Credit Card Usage & Rewards project. The role centers on data-driven campaigns to boost card activation, usage, and customer retention in collaboration with partners.

You will drive compliance strategies across the card business, manage cross-functional initiatives with IT, Legal, and Compliance, and monitor KPIs to optimize features, pricing, and the customer journey within the card

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in credit card business or partnerships.
• In-depth knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements related to the credit card business.
• Self-starter with a flexible mindset, comfortable operating under a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and financial analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of working independently.
• Strong execution skills in marketing, from research to promotion, with good project management abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data-driven marketing and sales strategies to enhance card usage and activation.
• Develop and implement compliance strategies for the credit card business.
• Regularly review and update compliance policies to address regulatory changes and business needs.
• Identify and cultivate new merchant partnerships to offer exclusive card benefits and rewards.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from proposal to post-campaign evaluation.
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform market trends and procurement decisions.
• Ensure programs adhere to banking practices and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to optimize product features, pricing, and customer journeys.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Project, IT, Legal, Compliance) to enhance the reward platform.
