Responsibilities:

• Perform data gathering, reporting and analysis work on Aviation Logistics franchises and department performance

• Conduct simple accounting and analysis on revenue management, P&L, accrual, billing and statement consolidation etc.

• Support on budget coordination, control, reporting and preparation work involved

• Perform ad-hoc assignments and department support on administrative duties as required

Requirements:

• University graduate in Accounting, Business Administration or Quantitative Analysis or related discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in data analysis, revenue management, budget control and preparation work. Experience in quality management and ISO/ EMS standard compliance work in an added advantage

• Strong numerical sense and analytical skills, methodical and logical problem solver

• Systematic, detail-oriented, organized and patient

• Fast learner, can-do attitude and able to work under pressure and tight deadline

• Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Pleasant and good communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and verbal)
