Job summary

HAESL is seeking a Planning Engineer to support the documentation team and manage engine/module paperwork for build, strip, test, completion and dispatch. The role welcomes fresh graduates and requires solid engine module knowledge and strong documentation skills.

You will liaise with multiple parties to ensure accuracy of records, demonstrate strong MS Excel/Access skills, and communicate effectively in Cantonese and English. This is a full‑time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good engine module technical knowledge required.
• Knowledge on engine maintenance concept, engine part life management and airworthiness relevant to scope of work.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Access; Visual Basic knowledge would be an advantage.
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and written English.
• Good organizing, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Planning Engineer / Planning Engineer on the operation of documentation team to ensure the assigned work are effectively carried out in accordance with appropriate procedures and documents.
• Support Senior Planning Engineer / Planning Engineer on the control and provision of appropriate paperwork for Engine/ Module's build/ strip / test /complete & dispatch, together with their amendments.
• Manage the control, scanning, administration, storage, receipt and dispatch of all technical records generated by HAESL.
• Prepare, issue and approve Engine/ Module Dispatch Paperwork.
• Initiate and coordinate process improvement activities.
• Liaise closely with various parties for the operation of Documentation team.
