Job summary

HK Express is seeking a meticulous technician to manage aircraft technical records and documentation. You will liaise with multiple divisions, perform data entry in MIS, and collect maintenance records from LM and AMO, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires an engineering diploma, familiarity with MS Office, Power BI or SQL is a plus, and ability to communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• 1 year of aviation industry experience preferred.
• Class 1 and 2 driving licenses preferred.
• Agile, self-motivated and good team player.
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain liaison with other division staff for aircraft documents.
• Perform tech log and cabin log data entry in MIS.
• Collect maintenance records from LM and AMO.
• Update statutory logbooks with signature in the preparation part.
• Provide data required in C of A renewal process.
• Participate in aircraft introduction and lease return for document handling.
• Scan technical log, cabin maintenance logs, and work packages.
• File hard copies and maintain electronic records.
• Check planning's maintenance schedules to ensure records are received.
• Report discrepancies to Manager, Planning.
• Support long-term and short-term document storage logistics.
• Maintain stock level of technical documents across locations.
• Set up and monitor Single Aircraft Document for each aircraft.
• Assist with daily operations or other tasks.
