Job summary

Lenovo in Hong Kong seeks a dedicated Audio/Video Technician to operate sound and AV equipment in performing venues and to support the technical team. The role requires 1 year of experience, or 3 years with a Diploma, or 5 years with Secondary education, and willingness to work irregular shifts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic or Electrical or Audio Engineering and at least 1 year experience in operation and maintenance of audio and visual equipment and/or digital media equipment; OR
• Diploma or Certificate in Electronic or Electrical or Audio Engineering and at least 3 years experience in operation and maintenance of audio and visual equipment and/or digital media equipment; OR
• Secondary 5 and at least 5 years relevant experience in operation and maintenance of audio and visual equipment and/or digital media equipment

Responsibilities

• To control and operate sound and audio/video equipment in performing venues
• To ensure best sound mixing, reinforcement and recording results
• To support technical team in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance for the sound and audio/video equipment
• To liaise with internal and external customers to ensure smooth run in the performance
