Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a technically skilled professional to manage broadcast system setup and 24/7 operations in TV and radio environments in Hong Kong. You will support Presentation Room, Video Control Center, IPC, MCR, and CCR facilities, while maintaining IT infrastructure, servers, storage, and cloud services.

The ideal candidate holds a higher diploma or diploma in electronics/telecoms or related field, with experience in TV/radio production or IT/network facilities.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or higher in electronics, telecommunications, information technology, multimedia or equivalent.
• Diploma in electronics, telecommunications, information technology or multimedia with at least one year of post-qualification experience in TV broadcast and/or media production or IT facilities.
• Certificate in electronics, telecommunications, information technology, multimedia or equivalent with at least three years of post-qualification experience in TV/Rádio broadcast, media production or IT facilities.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate broadcast facilities with guidance from Team Leader.
• Deliver 24/7 operational and monitoring services for live TV/radio across CCR/MCR/VCC/IPC.
• Provide maintenance and support for network, IT systems, servers, storage and cloud platforms.
• Carry out preventive maintenance for studios and broadcast equipment per client schedule.
• Participate in outside broadcasting setup per client requirements.

Job Duties

• Assume responsibility for technical setup within radio and television stations, with support and guidance from the Team Leader.
• Deliver 24/7 operational and monitoring services, including the execution of Presentation Room, Video Control Center (VCC), Internet Presentation Centre (IPC), and Master Control Room (MCR) operations for live television broadcasting, as well as Central Control Room (CCR) operations for public radio broadcast services.
• Provide maintenance and support services for network infrastructure, IT systems, servers, storage, and cloud platforms.
• Conduct preventive maintenance for production studios and broadcast equipment under the supervision of the Team Leader, in accordance with the regular schedule defined by the client.
• Participate in outside broadcasting (OB) setup in alignment with client requirement

Qualification And Experience Requirement

• Higher Diploma or higher in electronic, telecommunications, information technology, multi-media or equivalent academic qualification; or
• Diploma in electronic, telecommunications, information technology, multi-media, or equivalent academic qualification; and at least one (1) year of post-qualification experience in maintaining and operating TV broadcast and/or
• media production or IT or data network facilities or all or any of them; or
• Certificate in electronic, telecommunications, information technology, multi-media or equivalent academic qualification; and at least three (3) years of post-qualification experience in maintaining and operating TV broadcast and/or Radio broadcast or media production or IT or data network facilities or all or any of them.
