Job summary

Lenovo Hong Kong is seeking a capable broadcast/IT technician to take ownership of 24/7 operation and maintenance for Presentation Room, Video Control Center, Master Control Room, Internet Presentation Center, and Central Control Room under the Team Leader.

You will perform preventive maintenance on broadcast equipment, support network infrastructure, servers, storage, and cloud platforms, and document all work and changes as part of client-driven service delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in electronics, telecom, IT, or multimedia with 1+ year post-qualification experience in TV/radio broadcast or IT facilities.
• Diploma or higher in electronics, telecom, IT, or multimedia with 3+ years post-qualification experience in related fields.
• Proficient in spoken English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Handle 24/7 operational, monitoring, and maintenance for Presentation Room, Video Control Center, Master Control Room, Internet Presentation Center, and Central Control Room.
• Perform maintenance of broadcast equipment across radio and television stations.
• Deliver maintenance and support services for network infrastructure, IT systems, servers, storage, and cloud platforms.
• Conduct preventive maintenance for production studios and broadcast equipment under supervision.
• Participate in OB setup based on client requirements.
• Implement minor projects related to system enhancement or equipment replacement.
• Document all completed work and changes.
