Job summary

BOC Group Life Assurance Company Ltd is expanding its AI capabilities by embedding automation and intelligent tools across operations. The role leads interviews with internal stakeholders, designs optimization proposals using AI, RPA, and digital tools, and drives a data-informed transformation.

You will craft POC/MVP scopes, facilitate testing, secure approvals from legal and compliance, monitor performance, engage with AI vendors, and champion an automation culture within the company.

Qualifications

• Degree holder
• 3+ years in AI/Automation
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Senior officer level possible for less experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews/workshops with internal stakeholders to understand operation flow and propose optimization using AI/RPA/digital tools
• Formulate technical approach and scope of POC and MVP for each use case; act as tech facilitator for POC and assist UAT
• Collaborate with team/head to formulate business case and CX design of AI use cases; obtain approvals from legal & compliance
• Regularly review effectiveness and performance of deployed AI use cases and recommend improvements
• Connect with internal/external AI units and vendors to stay updated on tech developments and AI adoption
• Act as AI ambassador to foster automation and intelligence culture within the company
• Support ad hoc tasks assigned by team head and department head

Job description

Conduct interviews/ workshops with internal stakeholders to deeply understand the existing operation flow and logic, and then propose optimization solution with the use of AI/ RPA/ digital tools

Formulate the technical approach and scope of the POC and MVP of each use case, and also act as the key tech facilitator to conduct the POC and assist the domain owner to perform UAT

Work with the team head and department head to formulate the business case and CX design of AI use cases, and proceed to get approval from relevant legal & compliance units

Regularly review the effectiveness and performance of deployed AI use cases, and make recommendations for performance enhancement

Actively connect with internal and external AI units and tech vendors to stay abreast of the latest tech development and AI adoption across the industry

Act as the AI ambassador to foster the "automation & intelligence" culture within the company

Support Ad Hoc tasks assigned by team head and department head if required

Job Requirements:

Degree holder, with 3 years or above relevant working experience in AI/ Automation

Passionate about driving change and creating value, with the ability to identify opportunities within every challenge

A strong communicator with the agility to learn quickly and adapt effectively

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

Candidate with less experience will be considered as senior officer role
