Job summary

Omni Group Asia Limited in Hong Kong seeks an Associate Director, Wellness Strategy & Development to lead the design, development, and execution of a premium wellness ecosystem for HNW and UHNW clients. You will drive the wellness strategy, manage a premium wellness centre, build strategic partnerships, and lead a high-performing team across cross-functional units in a fast-paced luxury services environment.

Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Wellness, Hospitality Management, Life Sciences, Public Health, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years in healthcare, wellness, luxury services, hospitality, medical, or related industries.
• Proven experience in strategy development, business transformation, operations management, or customer experience management.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the wellness strategy for HNW and UHNW customer segments.
• Define long-term development roadmap and growth strategy for wellness initiatives.
• Identify emerging wellness trends to enhance customer propositions.
• Evaluate customer insights, operational data, and financial performance for opportunities.
• Build strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, wellness experts, and industry leaders.
• Lead the premium wellness centre operation, including service excellence and financial management.
• Oversee centre P&L, budget planning, KPI management, and reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and service standards are met.
• Collaborate with distribution, business development, training, and marketing teams to drive participation and adoption.
• Develop wellness events and exclusive member experiences for affluent customers.
