Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives and challenges into concrete digital solutions aligned with wellness program strategy and KPIs.
• Oversee end-to-end program delivery; manage workstreams, priorities, timelines, risks.
• Ensure governance and compliance by partnering with legal, risk, compliance, finance, operations, and external vendors.
• Compile performance reports and present data-driven insights to executives.
• Formulate GTM strategies to scale member growth and digital adoption.
• Partner with agency distribution teams to embed the wellness proposition in sales cycles.
• Build relationships with agency leaders to deploy sales incentives, training, and tools.
• Lead planning and execution of multi-channel marketing communications and user activation campaigns.
• Optimize CLV by mapping and improving the digital customer journey.
• Establish a robust voice-of-the-customer feedback loop for product improvements.
• Ensure compliance across all marketing assets with regulatory standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing digital product and marketing team; drive cross-functional alignment.
