• Fluent in English and Chinese, able to lead cross-functional teams.

• Develop and execute product roadmaps and business initiatives to expand the personal lending portfolio.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product roadmaps and business initiatives to support the expansion of the personal lending portfolio.
• Establish and strengthen product positioning to enhance market competitiveness and achieve business goals.
• Lead the design and enhancement of lending products, identifying opportunities to enrich customer journeys and maximise commercial outcomes.
• Plan and roll out product initiatives, marketing programmes, and promotional activities to drive portfolio growth and business performance.
• Conduct customer and market analysis to identify target segments and evaluate the effectiveness of product propositions and campaigns.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product and marketing strategies while ensuring smooth campaign execution.
• Support customer retention and engagement efforts through product enhancements and targeted initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with strong experience in consumer lending products, particularly personal loans.
• Strong understanding of retail lending products, operational workflows, and supporting systems.
• Commercially minded with strong market awareness and customer focus.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
