Develop and execute product roadmaps and initiatives to expand the personal lending portfolio.
Strengthen product positioning to improve market competitiveness and hit business goals.
Lead design and enhancement of lending products to enrich customer journeys and commercial outcomes.
Plan and roll out product initiatives, marketing programmes, and promotional activities.
Conduct customer and market analysis to identify target segments and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product and marketing strategies and campaigns.
Support customer retention and engagement through product enhancements.
