You will drive strategy, governance, and partnerships, oversee daily operations at flagship wellness centers or workplace programs, manage budgets, optimize costs, and report KPIs to senior executives, with cross‑functional collaboration with HR, Marketing and Safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years in healthcare or insurance sectors.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Develop Global Strategies to evolve wellness frameworks across physical, mental, and preventative health.
• Align value proposition to brand culture, market trends, and scientific developments.
• Monitor industry research to roll out cutting-edge wellness programs.
• Oversee daily operations of flagship wellness center, workplace programs, or third-party facilities.
• Establish and audit SOPs to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and staff licensing meet safety benchmarks.
• Own P&L, forecast budgets, and optimize costs.
• Drive commercial growth and revenue for wellness products or services.
• Implement dashboards and KPIs to track program effectiveness for executives.
• Manage vendor contracts and third-party partnerships.
• Coordinate with HR, Marketing, and Safety for program integration.
• Handle escalations and root-cause mitigation for client feedback.
