Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Putonghua) is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation model design and management for wellness centre.
• Coordinate cross-functional improvement initiatives to meet KPIs.
• Analyze financial data to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage governance, risk, and service partner performance.
• Oversee quality assurance and stakeholder communications.
