Job summary

Michael Page (Hong Kong) is recruiting for a well-established Hong Kong developer seeking a seasoned Head of Land Acquisition. You will develop and implement land acquisition strategies for major property developments, lead negotiations with landowners, and oversee feasibility studies and planning applications.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related discipline (Master’s preferred), 15+ years in land acquisition or property development in Hong Kong, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in land acquisition, property development, or investment in Hong Kong, with at least 8-10 years in a senior management capacity.
• MRICS and MHKIS (General Practice) and CFA highly preferred.
• Proven track record in leading high-value land acquisitions and complex development projects in Hong Kong.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, DCF analysis, and risk assessment for large-scale property developments.
