Y.T. Realty Group Limited seeks a highly experienced property professional to lead land acquisition and planning for large-scale residential development in Hong Kong.

The role drives land banking strategy, from sourcing to negotiations, and acts as primary liaison with Town Planning Board and Lands Department. Ideal candidate has 15+ years in land acquisition or development in Hong Kong, with 8–10 years in senior management, and holds MRICS/MHKIS and CFA qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• MRICS, MHKIS (General Practice) and CFA are highly preferred.
• Proven track record in leading high-value land acquisitions and complex development projects in Hong Kong.
• In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong’s land administration and planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement the land acquisition strategy to secure residential sites via tenders, auctions, and private treaties.
• Lead end-to-end acquisition lifecycle: market research, site identification, due diligence, financial modelling, deal structuring.
• Oversee feasibility studies and financial models for target sites and investment proposals for senior management approval.
• Represent the group before Town Planning Board, Planning Department and Lands Department; negotiate land premium and rezoning where needed.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of acquisition, planning and feasibility professionals.
