Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is recruiting for a Land Acquisition Director in Hong Kong. The role focuses on developing and implementing land acquisition strategies for major property development projects, and leading negotiations with landowners and stakeholders.

You will oversee feasibility studies, planning applications, and regulatory compliance, collaborate with internal teams and consultants, and manage budgets and timelines while building a strong pipeline of opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in land acquisition or related field, with 8–10 years in a senior management capacity; HK experience.
• MRICS, MHKIS (General Practice) and CFA preferred.
• Proven track record in leading high-value land acquisitions and complex development projects in Hong Kong.
• Strong financial modelling, DCF analysis, and risk assessment for large-scale property developments.

A successful Head of Land Acquisition & Planning should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in land acquisition, property development, or investment in Hong Kong, with at least 8-10 years in a senior management capacity.
• Professional qualifications such as MRICS and MHKIS (General Practice) and CFA are highly preferred.
