Ability to work across seniority levels within a large organization.

Responsibilities

Take an important role for the fundraising campaign for Capital Partners’ alternative investment strategies.
Maintain effective relationships with primary market target clients, LPs, GPs.
Coordinate with various departments, subsidiaries and stakeholders within Capital Partners, CITIC CLSA and CITIC Securities.
Produce marketing materials and conduct business development analysis with improvement recommendations.
Manage business road-shows, client meetings and events.
Take business trips for business development.
