Job summary
AISL Harrow Schools in Wan Chai seeks an Associate Director of ICT, Enterprise Technology to lead the development and delivery of innovative technology solutions across AISL Group. This role drives digital transformation, integrates enterprise architecture, and improves operational efficiency across multi-campus environments.
You will own roadmaps for core systems, manage vendors and budgets, strengthen cybersecurity, and report on benefits realisation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized university.
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership and solution delivery experience across multi-country environments.
- Proven track record in digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and data integration.
- Strong skills in project management, service management, and vendor coordination.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute group-wide solution strategies aligned with AISL Group objectives and mission.
- Collaborate with leaders, educators, and IT teams to identify technology opportunities and refine processes.
- Own roadmaps for HR, finance, procurement, facilities, helpdesk, and workflow/low-code solutions across campuses.
- Map processes with school operations to identify automation opportunities and redesign workflows.
