Job summary

OCBC Group seeks a senior UX/UI designer to drive design strategy across local digital initiatives in banking markets. You will craft screens, governance for design systems, and oversee multi-platform experiences across Web and mobile.

You will translate business goals into measurable UX KPIs, conduct user research, usability testing, and apply analytics to iterative improvements while coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of UXUI design experience in Banking, FinTech or Insurance.
• Translate macro business goals into design strategies and KPIs.
• Scale multi-platform enterprise design systems (Web, iOS, Android).

Responsibilities

• Cover all local digital initiatives screen designs for local benchmarks.
• Vendor management and collaboration on design initiatives.
• Support MO Dotcom revamp work and related projects.

What you will be doing:

Cover all local digital initiatives screen designs – including journeys covered in HD Group adoption and local benchmarking Vendor management Support MO Dotcom revamp work

Who are we looking for:

University graduated, preferably in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field 5-8 years of UXUI design experience in Banking, FinTech or Insurance Able to translate macro business goals into design strategies, defining UX key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving the product book of work Designing, governance-checking, and scaling multi-platform enterprise design systems (Web, iOS, Android) across Asian markets Setting frameworks for user research planning, usability testing, behavioral Analytics, and translating these qualitative/quantitative data insights into iterative changes Advanced mastery of industry tools like Figma, Sketch, Lottie and Jira. Hands-on familiarity with integrating Generative AI / AIGC workflow into design lifecycle is a plus
