Job summary

OCBC is seeking an experienced UX/UI designer to drive local digital initiatives, translate business goals into design strategies, and scale enterprise design systems across Asian markets.

You will champion user research, usability testing, and data-driven iterations while collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver impactful experiences.

Qualifications

• University graduated, preferably in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of UXUI design experience in Banking, FinTech or Insurance
• Able to translate macro business goals into design strategies, defining UX key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving the product book of work
• Designing, governance-checking, and scaling multi-platform enterprise design systems (Web, iOS, Android) across Asian markets
• Setting frameworks for user research planning, usability testing, behavioral Analytics, and translating these qualitative/quantitative data insights into iterative changes
• Advanced mastery of industry tools like Figma, Sketch, Lottie and Jira. Hands-on familiarity with integrating Generative AI / AIGC workflow into design lifecycle is a plus
