Global Sports Jobs Limited in Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Tenpin Bowling Coach to support elite youth training programs. You will work closely with the Tenpin Bowling Coach and Head Coach to design and deliver training, integrating athlete support services into the training environment.

Requirements include a university degree or diploma, a valid coaching certificate, at least two years of professional coaching, excellent communication, and good computer literacy.

Qualifications

• A university degree or equivalent.
• A valid coaching certificate issued by the relevant governing body.
• A minimum of two years' professional coaching experience, or its equivalent such as full-time athlete experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of computer literacy.

Responsabilités

• Help coordinate, design and implement training programmes for elite youth athletes in Hong Kong.
• Fully utilise and integrate scientific, medical and other athlete support services into the elite training programme to enhance elite training outcomes.
• Assist with the administration and coordination of logistics, accounting, coaching and team resources related to local and overseas squad training and competitions.
• Assist the HKSI and The Hong Kong, China Tenpin Bowling Congress with coach education programmes.
• Perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by the supervisor.

About the Role

The Assistant Tenpin Bowling Coach reports to the Tenpin Bowling Coach and works under the oversight of the Head Tenpin Bowling Coach. The role supports the design and delivery of elite training programmes for youth tenpin bowling athletes in Hong Kong, integrating scientific, medical and other athlete support services into the training environment. The coach also assists with squad logistics and with coach education programmes delivered alongside The Hong Kong, China Tenpin Bowling Congress.

Key Responsibilities

• Help coordinate, design and implement training programmes for elite youth athletes in Hong Kong.
• Fully utilise and integrate scientific, medical and other athlete support services into the elite training programme to enhance elite training outcomes.
• Assist with the administration and coordination of logistics, accounting, coaching and team resources related to local and overseas squad training and competitions.
• Assist the HKSI and The Hong Kong, China Tenpin Bowling Congress with coach education programmes.
• Perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by the supervisor.
