Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an Assistant Technical Services Manager / Technical Services Manager (Network) on a one-year contract to support a leading bank's IT operations. The role requires a minimum of five years' IT experience, including three years in enterprise or carrier network support.

You will manage network infrastructure tasks, monitor LAN/WAN performance, and coordinate cybersecurity activities while liaising with both English- and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ IT experience with at least 3 years in enterprise or carrier network support.
• Knowledge of major firewall brands including CheckPoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet/Hillstone.
• Good project management skills with proven experiences in IT infrastructure projects.

Requirements - Academic Qualifications/Professional Qualifications/Relevant Experience Requirements/Job Knowledge;

• University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in IT with at least 3 years in enterprise or carrier network support covering the followings scope:
  . Computer Network infrastructure operation and support role, preferable in the banking and finance sector;
  . Solid knowledgeable in IT infrastructure and operations services, including but not limited to Network and Cybersecurity which include the below:
  . Knowledge and support experience in major firewall brand products including either CheckPoint / Palo Alto / Fortinet/Hillstone firewalls;
  . Knowledge and support experience in LAN/WAN network with routing and switching;
  . Experience on network monitoring and management system such as ManageEgine Opmanager and Solarwinds NPM;
  . Holder of related professional qualification on the above such as: CheckPoint CCSA, Fortinet NSE4, PA PCNSA, CCIE / CCNP / HCIE / HCIP is not mandatory but is definitely an advantage;
• Good project management skills with proven experiences in managing IT infrastructure projects;
• Good communication and interpersonal skill;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less network supporting experience will be considered the position of Assistant Technical Services Manager.
