in Hong Kong is seeking a Site Supervisor to ensure timely completion of construction works by supervising and coordinating site activities, monitoring progress and quality, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and safety regulations. You will lead construction crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and prepare documentation for progress claims and variation orders.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant construction site supervision experience.
• Experience with aluminum works, glass installation, and curtain wall systems is advantageous.
• Possession of a Class 3 driving license is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all construction works are completed on schedule while complying with relevant standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate construction workers and operators to maintain efficient site operations.
• Monitor workmanship quality and progress against the project schedule to identify and address issues promptly.
• Oversee daily site activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and quality expectations.
• Assist in preparing accurate documentation for progress claims and variation orders (VO) to support office processing.
