• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin for local HQ reporting and stakeholder management

To cope with our growth, we are now in search of a Product Operations Manager - Large Appliance / White Appliance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Market Strategy: Execute comprehensive market analysis on local competitors and consumer trends to develop effective pricing and positioning strategies.
• Channel Management: Oversee sales performance and inventory (SI/ST/SO) across key retail partners, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and retail operations.
• Launch & Forecasting: Lead end-to-end new product launches and manage rolling M+3 sales forecasts to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Operational Excellence: Coordinate with regional teams and local after-sales units to streamline the supply chain and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in GTM, Sales, Product Marketing or Product Management, specifically within the large appliance / white goods sector (such as air-conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine)
• Strong network and understanding of major Hong Kong electronics retailers and distribution channels.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including sales forecasting and competitive benchmarking.
• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is essential for local stakeholder management and HQ reporting.
