Job summary

Savills is seeking an Assistant Security Manager for our central Hong Kong location. The role involves supervising security teams in a Grade A building and ensuring high standards of safety and protection.

You will establish procedures, train staff, and lead investigations and emergency responses. The ideal candidate has a diploma or higher, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and holds a valid Security Personnel Permit and First Aid Certificate.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above is required.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Proficiency with PCs and standard office software.

Responsibilities

Assistant Security Manager

(Work Location: Central)

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise security teams and provide quality services up to the standard of Grade A commercial building

Establish, implement, review, and continuously improve security operation procedures

Provide security and safety trainings for security team to enhance alertness, knowledge, skills, and operational effectiveness.

Lead and manage investigations, security incidents, and emergency response activities.

Prepare duty rosters, allocate manpower resources, and conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with security standards

Requirements:

Diploma or above

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Grade A security operations and property management of commercial building, with proven supervisory experience

Holder of a valid Security Personnel Permit and First Aid Certificate

Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

Proficiency in PC application

Shift duty is required
