Savills is seeking an Assistant Security Manager for our central Hong Kong location. The role involves supervising security teams in a Grade A building and ensuring high standards of safety and protection.

You will establish procedures, train staff, and lead investigations and emergency responses. The ideal candidate has a diploma or higher, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and holds a valid Security Personnel Permit and First Aid Certificate.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or above is required.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Proficiency with PCs and standard office software.

Aufgaben

• Supervise security teams and provide quality services for a Grade A commercial building.
• Establish, implement, review, and improve security operation procedures.
• Provide security and safety trainings for security staff to enhance awareness and capabilities.
• Lead investigations, security incidents, and emergency responses.
• Prepare duty rosters, allocate manpower, and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance.
