Equal Rich Enterprise Limited is seeking a marketing-driven professional in Hong Kong to plan and execute campaigns and events, drive tenant sales, and grow revenue across hotel and PBSA portfolios. The role emphasizes securing new business, managing pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with 1–3 years of marketing experience (finance industry a plus) and familiarity with digital tools and social media are preferred.

Formación

• Degree and certifications in marketing or business disciplines
• 1–3 years of marketing experience preferred, finance industry a plus
• Familiar with digital marketing tools and social media
• Strong planning, execution, and KPI tracking abilities

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
• Enhance brand image, increase foot traffic, and boost tenant sales
• Grow revenue across Hotel and PBSA portfolios
• Hunt, acquire, and convert new business opportunities
• Manage pipelines, KPIs, and cross-functional team collaboration
• Oversee frontline sales, sales office operations and related events

Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Construction Engineering
