Job summary

CBRE Advisory Hong Kong Limited seeks an Assistant Property Manager (North Point) to join our on-site team. Based on-site, you will deliver property and facility management services for a client portfolio, reporting to the Property Manager and Co-head of PM.

The ideal candidate holds a Real Estate/Property Management degree with at least five years of experience. Multilingual capabilities (English, Mandarin, Cantonese) are essential; PMP certification is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Real Estate / Property Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Property Management.
• Holder of PMP (Tier 1/Tier 2) License is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Building Ordinance.
• Candidate with tenancy services experience would be an advantage.
• Well versed in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese

Responsibilities

• Reports to Property Manager and Co-head of PM.
• Being a client’s portfolio-in-charge for property & facility management service of single-owned commercial and residential buildings.
• Work independently on daily operation with minimum supervision from direct manager.
• Responsible and accountable to ensure quality of service are delivered align with contract requirement, SLA & KPI and ISO standard.
• Responsible for contract administration, procurement, staff performance management, budgeting, tenancy services, vendor management, and client relationship, to maintain a consistently high standard of service quality.
• Hold regular meetings with client and act as the company's representative to deal with the enquiries of the client and tenants.
• Prepare annual OPEX maintenance budget and finance management.

We currently have an opportunity of Assistant Property Manager with our on-site team. This role will be based inOn-site, working closely with the operation team to provide property management service for a client's portfolio.

What will you do?

Reports to Property Manager and Co-head of PM.

Being a client’s portfolio-in-charge for property & facility management service of single-owned commercial and residential buildings. The post reports to Property Manager and Co-Head of PM.

We are looking for self-driven communicator with:
