Job summary

KOS International Limited in Admiralty, Hong Kong, is seeking a seasoned marketing and public relations professional to lead diverse promotion initiatives for a healthcare-related app. You will collaborate with NGOs, coordinate campaigns, and monitor agency performance to ensure quality deliverables.

The ideal candidate holds a HK university degree in marketing/communications, speaks Chinese and English fluently, and brings at least 10 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• HK university degree in Marketing, Business Admin or Communications.
• Fluent in Chinese and English (Level 3+ HKDSEE/HKCEE or equivalent).
• At least 10 years' post-degree full-time experience in marketing/PR and project management.
• Experience with vendor/agency management or healthcare/public administration is a plus.
• Independent worker with strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• Willing to work under pressure and outside office hours.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; basic IT tools knowledge.
• Knowledge of healthcare topics such as eHealth is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Explore diverse promotion channels to reach different public segments.
• Engage NGOs to promote a healthcare-related mobile app in the community.
• Assist in implementing public-facing promotional campaigns.
• Monitor PR agency deliverables for quality and timeliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior officers (e.g., research, presentations).

• Explore diverse promotion channels to reach different target segments of the public;
• Engage NGOs for promoting the use of a healthcare-related mobile application in the community;
• Assist in implementing public-facing promotional campaigns;
• Monitor public relations agency's work to ensure quality of deliverables; and
• Perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers (e.g. conduct research, prepare presentations).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications from a Hong Kong university or equivalent;
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, with Level 3 or above in both Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE, HKCEE or equivalent;
• At least 10 years' post‑degree full‑time working experience in marketing/public relations and project management;
• Experience in vendor/agency management or support in healthcare services or public administration would be an advantage;
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, proactive and with excellent interpersonal skills;
• Able to work under pressure and beyond office hours;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and common office automation tools; and
• Preferably possess good knowledge of current healthcare matters such as eHealth.
