We are seeking a Project Manager to support the planning and delivery of data centre projects from inception to completion. The role involves managing project programmes, budgets, risks, and stakeholder coordination while working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Support and/or lead project planning, coordination, execution, and delivery activities.
Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and reporting requirements.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor project performance and implement mitigation measures where necessary.
Prepare and review project documentation, reports, proposals, presentations, and meeting records.
Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, quality, and safety requirements.
Support business development activities, including client engagement and tender submissions.
Contribute to innovation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor junior team members and support team development, where appropriate.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
Relevant experience in project management, construction, engineering consultancy, or related industries.
Experience in data centre projects will be an advantage.
Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and digital collaboration tools.
Familiarity with BIM, data analytics, AI applications, or digital project delivery would be an advantage.
The appointment title and grade will be commensurate with the successful candidate's qualifications, experience, and demonstrated competencies.
